Terms & Conditions

Welcome, beautiful soul. Before we begin, here’s what you need to know: these terms are designed to protect both of us and ensure our coaching relationship is safe, clear, and supportive.

1. Nature of Coaching

• I provide professional life coaching focused on personal, emotional, and psychological growth.

• Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. You are encouraged to continue with licensed professionals alongside our work if needed.

2. Confidentiality

• Everything shared in 1:1 sessions is confidential.

• Group program discussions are semi-private — please respect the privacy of all participants.

• Exceptions: If there is risk of harm to yourself or others, or where required by UK law, I may need to share information with relevant authorities.

3. Payments & Investment

• Your program place is confirmed upon payment (full or via an agreed plan).

• Payment plans are binding — all instalments must be completed even if you withdraw early.

• All fees are non-refundable except where required by UK law.

4. Sessions & Attendance

• Please arrive on time for sessions.

• Reschedule 1:1 sessions with at least 24h notice. Missed sessions without notice cannot be refunded or replaced.

• Group sessions cannot be replaced. Where replays are provided, they are for personal viewing only and must not be shared.

5. Boundaries & Responsibility

• Coaching is a partnership: results depend on your engagement, honesty, and willingness to take aligned action.

• I hold space with care, but I am not responsible for outcomes beyond the coaching process.

• To protect the integrity of the coaching space, I reserve the right to pause or terminate coaching services if:

  • There is repeated non-attendance or excessive rescheduling

  • There is ongoing lack of engagement

  • There is disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour

  • The coaching relationship is no longer aligned or suitable

  In such cases, payments already made remain non-refundable, except where required by law.
  If your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, I may recommend licensed professionals for support.

6. Intellectual Property

• All program materials, worksheets, recordings, and resources are for personal use only.

• Do not copy, share, or distribute without written permission.

7. Technology & Access

• You are responsible for your device, internet connection, and access to platforms (Zoom, email, etc.).

• I am not liable for technical issues beyond my control.

• While I take care to protect your information, please note that no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

8. Legal & Liability

• These Terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of coaching services.
